Using BreadSync
Tracking: Bankroll and My Bets
Two free screens keep your real numbers. Bankroll holds the money in each book; My Bets holds every bet, both sides together. Set them up the day you open your first book, and staying accurate takes a few clicks a day.
Why track from day one
Your real result is what is in the books plus what you took out, minus what you put in. Across four or five books nobody keeps that in their head. Tracking also answers the daily questions: which book has cash for the other side, how much bonus is left, how far along a rollover is. And winnings are taxable income, so the records matter. Taxes and records has the short version.
Bankroll: the money in each book
You never type a balance. Bankroll works it out from what you log: deposits, withdrawals and settled bets. Each book gets a card with its balance, bonus bets, profit and rollover progress.

Do it in BreadSync
Bankroll
Log deposits, withdrawals and bonuses per book; balances, profit and rollover progress update from your tracked bets.
- 1.Click “Add Sportsbook” for each book you open. Put the first deposit in “Initial Deposit Amount”.
- 2.Every later deposit: “Add Deposit”, the book, the amount, the date.
- 3.Every cash-out: “Add Withdrawal”, the book, the amount, the date.
| What happened | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| You deposited cash | “Initial Deposit Amount” the first time, then “Add Deposit” |
| The book gave you bonus bets | “Free Bet Bonus” |
| The book gave you a cash bonus | “Site Credit” |
| An offer with no deposit | Leave the deposit at $0 and fill in the bonus |
| You withdrew | “Add Withdrawal” |
A cash bonus counts as profit the day you log it, because it is already cash. Bonus bets do not count until you use them and the bet settles, and they typically convert at 55% to 70%, so never count them as cash. Never put one in the other's field, or your profit reads wrong.
When a deposit comes with a bonus, “Rollover Multiplier” and “Total Rollover” appear. The rollover is how much you must bet before the bonus can be withdrawn. Type it in dollars into “Total Rollover”. “Rollover Multiplier” fills it in as (deposit + bonus) × the multiple, which is right only when the terms say deposit plus bonus; for bonus-only terms, type the dollars yourself. The book's own counter is the true figure, so compare once a week and correct the card with “Edit”.
My Bets: both sides of every bet
The fastest way in is from the Odds Screen. Click the green bookmark on the row you just placed, “Add to Tracker”, and “Add Bet” opens on the “Hedge” tab with both sides filled in. Check it against your two slips, then click “Add hedge (2 bets)”. Placed a bet the screen did not show? Log it by hand:

Do it in BreadSync
My Bets
Every bet you place, both sides grouped together, graded automatically when it is matched to a game.
- 1.Click “Add Bet”, then the “Hedge” tab.
- 2.Use “Search Game” to pick the game, so the bet grades itself when it ends.
- 3.For each side fill in “Sportsbook”, “Side”, “Odds” and “Stake”. Tick “Bonus Bet” on the bonus-bet side.
- 4.Click “Add hedge (2 bets)”.
Both sides then sit together under the “Hedges” tab, with what you end up with either way. The “Bonus Bet” tick matters: it tells BreadSync the stake was not your cash, and it lowers that book's bonus balance in Bankroll.
Watch out: log both bets as soon as the second one is placed, before you close the apps. A bet you forget is a result you cannot see.
When a bet does not grade itself
Bets linked to a game grade themselves after it ends. If one is still open once the game is final, or the game was postponed, check how each book settled it. Then click the pencil on the bet (“Edit bet”) and set “Status” to “Won”, “Lost”, “Push” or “Void”. Never grade a bet before its game is over, and never delete old bets: Analytics is built from them.
A few minutes a day
- 1Before you look at odds, open each book and compare its balance with its Bankroll card. If they differ, something was not logged; find it.
- 2Log any deposit, bonus or withdrawal you have not entered yet.
- 3After each pair, log both bets.
- 4Check the Dashboard: today's result, open bets and the calendar.
Red days are normal. A day of only low-hold bets costs a little; green days are when bonuses convert. Judge a month by what you started with against what you have, and use Analytics to see profit by sportsbook.
Watch out: the rollover bar on a Bankroll card is a guide. Books count some bets differently, so check the book's own rollover counter before you withdraw.
It feeds the Odds Screen
Once your books are in Bankroll, the Odds Screen's “Books” list offers “All books with a balance”, which ticks only the books holding cash. Bonus bets you logged in “Free Bet Bonus” show up in the Free Bet view's “Multi-Book” mode. Log well here and the searching gets easier on the Odds Screen.
