Using BreadSync
Read your results
Dashboard answers what happened today. Analytics shows the longer pattern. Both use the bets and site credits you recorded; neither reads a sportsbook account directly.
Need the exact formulas? How your numbers are calculated compares balances, status-by-status profit, stake denominators, date rules and imports in one reference.
Dashboard: today at a glance
The top cards use bets assigned to today. BreadSync uses the event date when saved, then the settlement date, then the placed date. A game that ends after midnight can therefore stay on the day it started.
| Card | What counts |
|---|---|
| Today's P&L | Profit from settled, non-void bets on today’s events, plus Site Credit dated today. Open bets do not count. |
| Today's Win Rate | Wins ÷ settled, non-void bets. Pushes stay in the denominator but are not printed in the W/L line; voids are excluded. |
| Today's Open Bets | Open bets on today’s events. “Staked” adds their stakes; “potential” adds each ticket’s potential payout minus its stake, as if every open ticket won. |
| Today's Staked | Stake on settled, non-void bets assigned to today. Open stake waits until the bet grades. |
The top-card formula is ROI = today's P&L ÷ today's settled stake. Site Credit is included in the numerator but not the stake, because it is credit, not a wager.

Dashboard
Today's profit and open bets, and a calendar of every day's result.
Why a selected day can use a different ROI
A calendar day's Profit is settled, non-void bet profit plus Site Credit. Open bets stay visible but contribute no profit. The footer's Wagered figure adds every bet displayed for that day, including open bets; its ROI divides day profit by that displayed stake. That is broader than the top card, whose stake includes settled bets only.
Calendar color is recorded profit, not cash movement. Deposits and withdrawals are not results. Site Credit is profit on its recorded date; a bonus bet contributes only when the bet made with it settles.
Tracking, profit and ROI use USD notionals. For a Canadian book, the blue CAD amount is what you place; BreadSync records the paired USD-notional stake so results remain comparable.
Analytics: the longer view
This Week starts Sunday; This Month starts on the first. A range admits a bet by settlement date when present, otherwise placed date. Charts then place it on its event date when available, which can matter at a boundary.

Analytics
Profit over time and profit by sportsbook, for this week, this month or lifetime.
| Analytics number | Definition |
|---|---|
| Total Profit | Settled, non-void bet profit plus Site Credit inside the selected range. |
| Wagered / Bets / Win Rate | Settled, non-void stake and bet count; win rate is wins ÷ that bet count, including pushes in the denominator. |
| Net Profit graph | A running sum of settled bet profit and Site Credit. |
| Bankroll graph | Deposits − withdrawals + profit inside the range. It is not the live total of sportsbook balances. |
| Bets by Sport / Bet Type | Count of bets in the range, including open and void bets; these charts describe activity, not profitability. |
| Profit by Sportsbook | Settled bet profit assigned to each sportsbook. Site Credit is not put into these bars. |
When a result does not match a balance
- 1Check the tracker records: a missing side, wrong status, wrong stake or duplicate Site Credit changes the result.
- 2Separate pending cash from profit. An open stake lowers available cash at the sportsbook, but it is not a settled loss on Dashboard or Analytics.
- 3Bankroll's Total Balance is playable cash plus pending cash stakes. A sportsbook's available balance shows only the playable part.
- 4Check whether the difference is a deposit, withdrawal or unused bonus token. None is settled bet profit.
- 5A Bankroll balance override anchors only its book card. It does not rewrite P&L, and Analytics' Bankroll graph does not use it.
Watch out: do not add a fake deposit, Site Credit or settled bet to force a match. Correct the record; use an override only when earlier history is intentionally absent.
