1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BreadSync (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BreadSync is a sports betting analytics platform that provides odds comparison, bet tracking, bankroll management, and related tools. BreadSync does not facilitate, process, or accept wagers. We are an informational and analytical tool only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction) to use BreadSync. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of sports betting services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission; (e) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

BreadSync integrates with third-party sportsbooks and data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Session tokens you provide for X-book integrations are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

7. No Gambling Advice

BreadSync provides informational tools and data. Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that odds data will be accurate, complete, or timely. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreadSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

By making a purchase, you understand and agree that you are committing to pay for the full billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your purchase date each month. Annual subscriptions renew 12 months after purchase.

Refunds at BreadSync's Discretion: Any requests for refunds or exceptions will be reviewed and decided solely at the discretion of the BreadSync team. While we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis (e.g., service failures, technical errors), there is no guarantee of refund approval. Refunds, if granted, must be requested within 30 days of the charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Cancelling will prevent future charges but does not refund any amounts already paid.

13. Free Trial and Multiple Accounts

We offer one free trial per household. Manipulating IP addresses, cycling email accounts, or using multiple credit cards to receive additional free trials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

BreadSync reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, terms of service violations, or suspected account manipulation.
