Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Usage data: We collect anonymous page view and feature usage events to improve the product. This is powered by Vercel Analytics.

Bet and bankroll data: Data you enter (bets, deposits, withdrawals, sportsbook balances) is stored in our database and associated with your account.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Sportsbook credentials: We never ask for or store your sportsbook login credentials.

Payment information: We do not collect credit card numbers or payment details. The Service is currently free.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) send product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time from your profile settings or via the unsubscribe link in emails); (c) improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns; (d) respond to support requests.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. The application is hosted on Vercel. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receiving product update emails. You may unsubscribe at any time through your profile settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your bet and bankroll data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
