Partner Terms

Your agreed commission rate on each payment we collect from customers you refer, after payment-processing fees and tax. It keeps going for as long as the customer pays, unless we agreed otherwise.

Each commission is owed 30 days after the payment it comes from. If the customer gets a refund or disputes the charge, that commission is cancelled; if we have already paid it to you, it comes off your next payout. If the customer cancels their subscription without a refund, you keep the commission on what they paid.

We pay at the end of each month by PayPal, Zelle or Venmo, using the details you give us on your partner dashboard.

• Do not refer yourself or pay through your own link or code.
• Say you are a BreadSync affiliate wherever you share your link. The FTC requires it.
• No spam.
• No fake or incentivized signups.
• No paid ads that bid on the BreadSync name.
• No misleading claims about BreadSync or what people will make with it.

We do not pay commission on referrals that break these rules.

Either of us can end it at any time. Commission already owed when it ends is still paid; payments after that earn none. We may pause your account while we look into a possible breach of these terms. Payments made while your account is paused earn no commission.

We may update these terms. We will post the change on your partner dashboard, and it applies from the date shown there. If you keep sharing your link after that, you accept the new terms.
