Managing Redemptions & Cash Flow

Getting SC into your casino accounts is only half the battle. The real skill is navigating the redemption process — KYC, processing times, payment methods, and handling denials — to turn SC into actual dollars in your bank.

The Redemption Process

Once your SC is washed, you can submit a redemption request. Processing times vary widely — some casinos pay within 24 hours via bank transfer, while others take 7–14 business days.

Most casinos offer multiple redemption methods: direct bank transfer, Prizeout (gift cards at a discount), or other payment processors. Bank transfers are cleanest for tracking purposes, but Prizeout can add an extra 5–10% in value if you're strategic about which gift cards you choose.

KYC: Verify Early, Verify Once

Most casinos require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first redemption. This typically means submitting:

  1. Government-issued photo ID — driver's license or passport.
  2. Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement from the last 90 days.
  3. Payment method verification — confirming the bank account or card on file.

Do this immediately after signing up, not when you're ready to redeem. KYC delays are the #1 reason first redemptions get held up for days or weeks. Get it out of the way upfront.

Handling Denied Redemptions

A denied redemption means you need to investigate. Common reasons:

  • Incomplete KYC — missing or expired documents.
  • Playthrough not met — SC wasn't fully washed before redemption.
  • Terms violation — using a VPN, duplicate accounts, or other TOS issues.
  • Account limited — the casino has flagged your account and is restricting payouts.

Always follow up with support on denied redemptions. Some are easily resolved; others signal that it's time to move on from that casino.

Cash Flow Management

The biggest cash flow mistake is counting pending redemptions as profit. A pending redemption is not money in your bank — it's a promise that hasn't been fulfilled yet. Until it clears, it doesn't count.

Track every redemption's status carefully: pending, processing, cleared, or denied. Know how much you have in cleared cash vs. pending at all times. BreadSync's redemption pipeline gives you a visual breakdown of where every dollar is in the process.
